All admissions are final, as access is granted to the mentorship enables immediate accruing on the part of the student and therefore this product or service is not “returnable” or eligible for a refund. Cancellations are not permitted to re-join or consume Membership content after access is removed. All membership cancellations are final and without a refund.

Unless otherwise specified, the materials and services on this Mentorship are for your personal and non- commercial use, and you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Website - no such permission will be granted at any time. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. 6. Non-Disclosure Policy:

Any Member of the Cosmic Wealth is required to never make public any charts, audio, visuals, screenshots, pdf, video, conceptual ideas, intellectual property, tools, opinions, concepts, setups, or commentary. Any Member found releasing Membership content will be ejected and not granted a refund. This is a private Membership and the concepts are not to be taught, shared, or explained in any capacity in whole or in part. Legal actions will be considered for those who attempt to resell or repackage Cosmic Wealth content, concepts, and materials. Members will be banned if we feel the member has violated the Terms of Use and Non-Disclosure in any way.

7. Member Conduct:

At all times, Cosmic wealth expects to maintain a cordial business relationship with its Members. However, if the member comes across as being extremely unreasonable or rude with Cosmic wealth staff or its experts, or other members, Cosmic wealth reserves the right to cancel the membership and terminate the agreement with the member. In the event of cancellation, the customer will forfeit any payment made to Cosmic wealth. Cosmic Wealth reserves the right to terminate membership of a member if:

• Using hateful speech or spreading negativity in the community.
• Leaking internal information/data to third parties.
• Promoting their own products/services to other members.
• Participating in unauthorized chat groups formed within the Cosmic Wealth network without permission.
